Terms & Conditions for Product Selection

1. SELECTION GUIDELINES

• Designers/Dealers are required to choose a minimum of 1 each category of product and then select more as per the wall space available.

• Each product must adhere to the minimum quantity (panel count) and size specifications as mentioned in the list.

• Final selections must be submitted via selection on webpage and submit the BOQ:

1. Product name & application

2. Pattern series name

3. Colour references (HEX codes if custom from internet)

4. Catalogue reference code if applicable

2. DISPLAY STANDARDS

• All selected panels and ceiling elements must be displayed as per UniAcoustic’s approved display layouts.

• Customization (ombre, solid colour, textured paints) must be pre-approved with HEX code and visual references before production.

• Product combinations must maintain visual harmony and align with the curated branding and customer experience strategy.

3. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME

• Once product selections are submitted and approved: Production timeline will be shared within 48 hours.

• Custom colour requests (HEX-based) may require an additional 7–10 working days.

• No changes will be accepted once samples enter production.

4. DISPLAY INSTALLATION

• Display panels and tiles must be professionally installed by the dealer or contractor at their own cost.

• All products are supplied in ready-to-install condition with guidelines and mounting instructions.

5. OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS

• All display materials remain the property of UniAcoustic and are provided Free of Cost (FOC) strictly for display purposes.

• These materials are not to be sold, resold, or removed from the showroom without written permission.

6. DISPLAY MAINTENANCE & AUDITS

• Dealer/showroom must maintain the installed displays in pristine, undamaged condition.

• UniAcoustic will conduct half-yearly audits to assess:

1. Product condition

2. Display relevancy based on trends

3. Need for sample replacement or upgrade

7. NON-COMPLIANCE

• If any selected or displayed product is non-compliant with brand guidelines or incorrectly installed:

1. UniAcoustic reserves the right to request its removal or replacement.

2. Repeated non-compliance may result in suspension of future sample dispatches.
